Recently refurbished to the highest standard, this luxury detached stylish home offers spacious accommodation for up to ten guests across five bedrooms. Designed in the "Art Deco" style reminiscent of Miami Beach, this family home is truly a unique find in this area.
There is a large high end kitchen space with an enormous island worktop for your group to assemble plus a 10-seater dining table to enjoy meals. With a large electric range oven, fridges plus a separate wine fridge, your group will be well catered for.
A dedicated workspace (cabin) is provided in the rear of the garden for guests who may need to work whilst on holiday (excellent wi-fi speeds, desk, office chair provided).
The laundry room provides a separate washing machine, tumble dryer and indoor airer.
The garden has been professionally landscaped with entertaining in mind whilst providing a lawned area for family games and a large outdoor entertaining space with dining table for some fabulous alfresco dining evenings.
Both the heated pool and hot tub are covered for safety reasons (the pool cover is retractable electronically and the hot tub cover is clipped in).
Located in the heart of Friars Cliff, moments from the award-winning bathing beaches and close to some fantastic restaurants and cafes. Deco Beach is really a fantastic property to share some quality time with friends or family.
