With the sea and shallow harbour only a few minutes wander, or the New Forest a 10-minute drive, you'll be able to explore miles of stretching coastline for salty-filled days of watersports, paddling, crabbing & picnics, or the Forest for walks, cycling & cosy pub fires.
Back home, there's plenty of room for all the family to relax, with bi-folds that bring the outside-in & enormous kitchen space to cook, chat & chill
Inside:
This detached modern home offers spacious accommodation for up to ten guests in five bedrooms, plus a permanent cot for an infant in the twin single room on the first floor.
There is a large high end open plan kitchen/dining space with an enormous island for your group to gather around, plus a 10-seater dining table to enjoy meals. With twin ovens, twin fridges plus a separate wine fridge, your group will be well catered for.
A dedicated workspace is provided in the main bedroom on the first floor for guests who may need to work whilst on holiday (excellent wi-fi speeds, desk, office chair, monitor, mouse and keyboard provided).
The laundry room (accessed from the kitchen) provides a separate washing machine, tumble dryer and indoor airer. There is also a fixed outdoor airer for use during the warmer months.
The garden has been landscaped with entertaining in mind whilst providing a lawned area for family games. The hot tub is covered and suitable for six adults with an outdoor heated shower for rinsing. We provide strict rules regarding the use of the hot tub which are provided upon booking.
Located in the heart of Mudeford, and close to some fantastic restaurants, cafe's, beaches, Sandcastle is really a fantastic property to share some quality time with friends or families.
