The holiday home boasts townhouse living with direct water access. A spacious balcony invites you to unwind with a book or enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the breathtaking views of the shimmering water and Mudeford’s stunning sunsets.
The property features a communal slipway perfect for launching a kayak or paddleboard, or simply for enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the Harbour.

This three-storey townhouse is a blend of comfort and elegance. Each floor is bathed in natural light, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the Harbour.

The Beach House does not currently have EV charging facilities, or access to charge your car from the mains
Rear ground floor courtyard style area with outdoor entertaining facilities including charcoal bbq and dining area (please note this area is open to the Harbour beyond and therefore is not secure)
First floor balcony with access to ground floor via spiral steps and from living room, tiled with seamless glazed balcony, seating, sun loungers and electric canopy for shade.
Families:

Not suitable for toddler or infants due to design and being open to the water. No infant equipment provided.
